The challenge

Allos, a shopping center operator, aims to lead in integrating physical and digital customer experiences through advanced technologies, focusing on innovation to boost monetization.

The Digital Products Division, crucial in delivering value to the end customer, sought Bridge & Co. to structure their agile teams following two M&As.

Facing integration challenges, a unified approach to scaled agility was essential. Our goal was to optimize team configuration, enhance synergy, and clarify roles.

Our solution

Following significant M&A movements, the company faced the challenging task of integrating technologies and digital product teams. It became evident that a better approach was needed to integrate agile product teams, optimize value generation, and reduce unclear responsibilities and shadow zones.

Structure and integration

Integration scenarios and structural adjustments were mapped based on best practices in scaled agility. The goal was to maximize synergy and leverage the roles and competencies already present in the company.

Action plan development

Potential changes were thoroughly debated until a target model was reached, which became the objective for the entire division. An action plan was created to guide the company and mitigate transition risks.

Mentorship and support

Over three months, we supported Allos teams through the migration, advising on best practices, addressing questions, and making necessary adjustments to the action plan. The results soon began to materialize.

Methodology used
