A transformative project with the ultimate goal of saving lives
Explore the content:
The program led to the production of 74 million vaccine doses in the first year, the acquisition of 75 new pieces of equipment, and the adjustment of 1,200 square meters for vaccine manufacturing. It also achieved 100% technology transfer from AstraZeneca for domestic production.
The challenge
Our primary objective was to structure a management and governance model for AstraZeneca's Covid-19 vaccine technology transfer program.
We developed guiding methodologies and organized professionals into simultaneous and interdependent work streams: Administrative, Technology Transfer, Infrastructure, and Compliance.
In this context, managing a high volume and variety of activities in an integrated manner was crucial. Our team ensured the smooth flow of information and decisions between work streams, overseeing project activities to achieve the final results.
